
Say hello to Katie, the DC Fitness Client Spotlight success story! Katie started working with me in November, 2013, and completed one of my 12-week programs with amazing results. When I first met Katie, she had very little exercise history and her relationship with food was NOT good. She, like many other women, thought the less you eat the more weight you lose. She also was under the notion that lifting weights made you get very muscular. We butted heads for a few weeks, right up until she dropped her first pants size... Over the course of 12 weeks, she went from someone who could barely do a set of bodyweight only squats and was eating far less than 1,000 calories a day to someone who is squatting over 100 pounds and has a much better relationship with food. By following one of my custom training programs and nutrition advice, Katie dropped 3 full pants size and a very large amount of body fat, as you can see.
